From brief to street

Three steps, and the first one is a conversation rather than a media plan.

  1. Tell us the moment

The event, the neighbourhood, the fixture, the week your audience is somewhere specific. If you are not sure which format fits, that is exactly the conversation to have.

  2. We come back with a plan and a price

Streets and hours, or positions and dates. You see the coverage, the timing rules and the cost before anything is reserved.

  3. It runs, and you get the proof

Your campaign goes live with the same reporting as the fixed network: where it ran, when it played, and what it reached. The creative can change while it is out there.

Lead times vary by moment. Seasonal markets and festivals are planned months ahead; a mobile activation in a city we already serve can be out within days.

Campaigns a fixed panel could not have carried

Three we can talk about publicly. Each one reached people at a place and a time no standing screen covers.

What people ask before booking

What does a NomAds activation cost?

Mobile activations are priced by the day or the half day, event placements by the length of the event and the number of screens. Both sit above a comparable fixed-screen buy, because the screen is dedicated to you rather than shared in a loop. Tell us the moment and you get a real figure before anything is reserved.

Do you still do LED trucks?

Yes. A mobile LED truck is one of the ways we deliver a mobile activation, alongside compact units for pedestrian areas and purpose-built installations. We lead with the moment rather than the vehicle because the route, the hours and the audience are what decide the result.

Are there time or location restrictions?

Often, and we put them on the card rather than in a late email. Mobile activations run daytime hours and follow low-emission zone rules in Brussels and Antwerp. Event placements are limited to the organiser opening hours and stay inside the event perimeter.

How much notice do you need?

A mobile activation in a city we already serve can usually be on the street within days. Seasonal markets and festivals are planned months ahead by the organiser, so the earlier you ask, the more positions are still open.

Can I book a single day?

Yes. A one-day activation around a launch, a fixture or a conference is one of the most common NomAds bookings, and it is what the fixed network handles worst.

Is it measurable, or is it just visibility?

You get proof of play with timestamps and locations, plus the same audience estimates the rest of the network reports. For a mobile activation that includes the route it actually drove, not the route it was scheduled to drive.
